Written and directed by Puneet Issar, the play is told from the perspective of wounded brothers Duryodhan and Karna. The focus is primarily on their friendship that defies caste and class – an aspect that is still a prevalent issue in the socio-economic fabric of the country. Narrated by Meghna Malik, who also portrays the role of ‘Dharti’, Mahabharata delivers a message that is relevant at every stage of life and across generations.
